Numby Bus is a free-to-play accessible puzzle game for Android devices, developed by Low-Key Games. The game is designed to be playable by colour blind users and is supported by optional rewarded advertising and optional in-app purchases.

3. 🔑 Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play Numby Bus for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the game or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorised third-party software to gain an advantage
• Use the game for any commercial purpose

4. 💰 In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

Numby Bus offers optional in-app purchases of coin packs. Coins are a virtual currency used within the game to purchase helper item packs.

• All purchases are processed by the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms
• Coins and helper items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or refunded
• Coins can also be earned for free through normal gameplay
• We reserve the right to modify the coin economy, pricing, or helper items at any time
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the Google Play refund policy

If you are under 18, please ensure you have permission from a parent or guardian before making any purchases.

5. 📢 Advertising

Numby Bus contains optional rewarded adverts. You may choose to watch an advert to earn bonus helper items — this is never mandatory to progress in the game. By choosing to watch adverts, you agree to the ad provider's terms. We are not responsible for the content of third-party adverts.

6. 🏆 Google Play Games

Numby Bus integrates with Google Play Games for leaderboards, achievements, and progress. Use of Google Play Games is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of Google Play services.

7. 🔒 Intellectual Property

All content within Numby Bus — including graphics, sounds, music, game design, and the Numby characters — is the property of Low-Key Games and is protected by copyright law. All rights reserved.

8. ⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

Numby Bus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time without notice.

Virtual items including coins and helper items may be lost if the game is uninstalled or if data is cleared. We are not responsible for loss of virtual items.

9. 📉 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Low-Key Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Numby Bus. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for in-app purchases in the six months preceding the claim.

10. 👧 Children

Numby Bus is suitable for general audiences. The game contains advertising and in-app purchases. Parental supervision and approval is strongly recommended for players under 16, particularly regarding in-app purchases. We recommend parents enable purchase restrictions via Google Play Family settings.
